We encompass the south of England and all English counties as far as Lancashire and Yorkshire on a weekly basis. We visit London on a twice weekly service, normally scheduled for a Tuesday and Thursday. Devon and Somerset are also scheduled twice weekly. Our van generally leaves the warehouse on a Tuesday or Wednesday for its weekly trip to the North of England and returns on either Thursday or Friday.
We are able to deliver/collect goods to and from Scotland and Wales on a two week basis. Ireland can also be included on a two-three weekly service.
We also offer a service to most parts of Europe. Upon request we can indicate charges and expected delivery dates etc.
We are able to collect from either your showrooms, warehouse or suppliers anywhere in England, Scotland or Wales and deliver direct to your clients. Alternatively, we can accept goods direct from your suppliers into our warehouse in Poole, Dorset. Upon receipt of these goods at our warehouse, we will advise you by e-mail or fax. Following your further instruction we can then arrange delivery direct to your clients anywhere in the England, Scotland or Wales.
We generally offer free storage for a period of up to 10days, after which goods become liable for a small storage charge.
Wherever possible, we try to offer a two hour time slot for delivery which saves your clients waiting in all day for delivery of their furniture.
Upon delivery we are able to offer the service of a simple delivery or a full installation delivery where we will unpack the furniture, assemble and remove packaging.
